Email templates define a standard look for Email correspondence that can be customized for individual messages.

The Templates object stores email templates used in Campaigns and in general correspondence.

To Create an Email Template

  1. Click Workspace > All Items > Templates.
    The Templates object opens.
  2. Click the [New Template] button.
  3. Select your template design method.

Use Template Variables to personalize email templates:
