Workspace > All Items > Templates
The Templates object stores available email templates for use in Campaigns or in general correspondence.

Templates are created with a wizard or by importing HTML design files (via cut-and-paste).
Templates can also include variables to information so you can personalize each email that goes out.

Email templates allow users to set up a standard look for all email correspondence and then later, customize the design for each individual email message.

To Create an Email Template
- Select the Templates tab. The Templates object will open.
- Click the [New Template] button.
- Select your template design method.
