Record Access Permissions

Record access:

Users with View permission enabled in Role Permissions or the Access Profile can read records
Users with Add permission enabled in Role Permissions or the Access Profile can add records
Users with Update permission enabled in Role Permissions or the Access Profile can update records
Users with Delete permission enabled in Role Permissions or the Access Profile can delete records
Users who are the owner of a Task can view the record the Task is attached to
When a Process Model specifies that a User Task is to be closed with an accompanying Form, the user can view and edit record the Task is attached to when they are completing the task
