Visibility controls are specified by users, to specify who can access their data. These settings extend the privileges established by the standard Data Access Permissions.
Item Control Application Use the Application Access settings Document (all file types,
including Photos)Click the Public flag to create a URL that can be
accessed without having to log inDocument Folder
(including Export Folders)Specify Folder Visibility Home Page - Click the wrench icon
- Click [New] or [Edit]
- Set Visibility options
Note - Create or edite a note.
- Set Visibility options
- Visible to everyone, by default.
Report - Click the wrench icon
- Click [New] or [Edit]
- Set Visibility options
Report Folder Specify Folder Visibility View - Click the wrench icon
