This template is used to identify features that are enabled in Service Provider Settings (for ISVs) or MSP Settings (for MSPs). Those settings are global. They affect the service provider themselves and all tenants.

Use: {{Enablefeature|1|2|3}}

• {{1}} - name of the feature
• {{2}} - link to thing that enables it
• {{3}} - default enabled or not, any text here results in "enabled", blank is "disabled"
