ISVs can use the Tenant Management System application to manage Tenants and MSPs.

Working with the Tenant Management System application

  • The Tenant Management System application is available to users with the System Administrator Default Role
  • Additional users can be granted access to customize the Tenant Management System, via the Visibility setting 

Creating a Tenant or MSP

  1. Click Tenant Management System application > QuickLinks
  2. Click Create New Tenant, or Create New MSP
  3. Complete the information in the form
  4. Click the [Sign Up] button.
    The tenancy is created, but the email address must be validated in order to complete the registration process.
  5. A Welcome Email Message is sent to the user
    The user must validate the email address in order to complete the email validation process and create the tenancy
  6. When the user logs in again, this message is displayed.
    (If the email address is not verified within seven (7) days, the Post-Registration Email Address Verification process is activated.)

Editing a Tenant or MSP

  1. Click Tenant Management System application > Tenants
  2. Click the tenant's folder icon FolderIcon.png to see tenant details

Deleting a Tenant or MSP

  1. Click Tenant Management System application > Tenants
  2. Click tenant to select
    Tenant is highlighted
  3. Click More Actions > Delete
