Team Rules

GearIcon.png > Customization > System Objects > Team Business Rules

Event Rules can be created that are triggered when:

  • A new team record is added to the system.
  • A team record is updated.
  • A team record is deleted.

In addition, Scheduled Rules can be set up to run at specified times. Those rules examine all Team records, and operate on any that match conditions specified in the rule.
