Support Cases Permission

This permission grants users the ability to view and modify support cases filed by others. (All users can see support cases filed by themselves.)

Considerations
  • The Support Cases Permission permission is enabled by default for the System Administrator Role in Default Roles __TBD: Default access profile for Sys Admins?__
  • The Support Cases Permission permission is disabled by default for Team Manager and Team Members in Default Roles __TBD: the default access profile assigned to Team Managers and Team Members?__
  • The Support Cases Permission permission is set in Administrative Permissions
