Service Providers are ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) and MSPs (Managed Service Providers) who design, develop and deploy web-based business applications that connect information, people and processes in the AgileApps Cloud platform.

Key differences
  • ISVs host the AgileApps Cloud platform on servers they manage, while MSPs use an ISV-hosted instance of the AgileApps Cloud platform
  • Configuration options differ for ISVs and MSPs, because hosting is controlled at a different level
