Overview
Record Pinning feature allows you to store your last visited records as favorites for quick access at a later time. You can access these records from any screen of AgileApps. Each record you save is user-specific as well as application specific. By default, the application stores your last 5 recently visited records. The record pinning feature works like a bookmark to allow you to quickly access your favorite or important records.
Using the Record Pinning Feature
- Log into the AgileApps application.
- Open any record for which you want to set a bookmark.
- On the top of the record, click next to the record name as shown in the example here .
- Once you bookmark the record, the button shade will change as shown in the example here .
- You can access the bookmarked records by clicking the bookmark option from the top of the masthead as shown here .
