Do not share your username or password. Together with your username, your password provides access to the platform.

Note:
This option is not available for users who are recognized via the LDAP Configuration. Such changes must be made in the LDAP directory.

To change your password:

  1. Click {Login Name} > My Settings > Password
  2. In the Old Password box, type your current password
  3. In the New Password box, type the new password you want to use
  4. In the Re-enter New Password box, type the new password a second time for verification purposes
  5. Click [Save]
