The Manage Personal Setup permission permission allows users to modify their personal user interface settings.

The Manage Personal Setup permission permission is enabled by default for in all new Access Profiles
If Access Control/User Management permission is Enabled, that setting overrides the Create/Delete View/Report/Homepage setting
The Manage Personal Setup permission permission is set in Administrative Permissions

Additional options are available in the Personal Setup page when the Manage Personal Setup permission permission is enabled or disabled.
