Users that have the Manage Company Capabilities permission can modify the company logo. 

Prerequisite:

  • A logo image that is 400px wide by 40px tall.

To change the company logo:

  1. If the ServiceDesk application is not already running, open the dropdown list of applications that appears next to your name and launch ServiceDesk.
  2. Go to GearIcon.png > Channels > Service Portal
  3. In the Branding section, upload a new Header Logo.
  4. Click [Save]
  5. Refresh the browser page.
    The logo image appears in the platform banner.
