If a tab for the Object is already displayed in the application, click it to see a list of records. Then choose your view from the sidebar, or create your own.

If the application Object doesn't appear in your list of tabs, you first need to make it visible:

  1. Go to {your name} > My Settings > Workspace Preference
  2. Click [Edit]
  3. Choose the application to manage.
    (The selection defaults to your current application.)
  4. Move the object from the Hidden list to the Visible list.
  5. Click [Save]
If the object you need isn't available in the list, have your administrator follow the steps below. Then repeat the steps above.

For administrators:
To make an application object available to a users:

  1. Go to GearIcon.png > Shared Global Resources > Tab Preferences.
  2. Choose the user's role, or select the All Roles entry.
  3. Move the object from the Available list to the Selected list.
  4. Click [Save]
