Access to Records Owned by Others Within the Team

The Access Permission to Records Owned by Others Within the Team permission right grants users in a Role the ability to Update, Delete or View records in objects.

In the case of the Activities (Tasks and Appointments) permission right, users in this role can also reassign Tasks to a new Task Owner. Learn more: Assign Task Owner
