Lab C.1: Install an Application

Prerequisites

• Familiarity with the Platform Window

Exercise

1. Click Applications
2. If you don't see Support Case Manager, click Add Package from Catalog
   A new window appears showing a catalog of predefined applications.
3. Under Support Case Manager, click Install
   A list of packages is displayed.
4. Click Continue
   The package installs,and appears in the new window.
5. Go back to the original window and refresh the page.
6. Click Applications
   Support Case Manager appears in the list of applications.
