Company Logo

Users that have the Manage Company Capabilities permission can modify the company logo.

Prerequisite:

• A logo image that is 400px wide by 40px tall.

To change the company logo:

1. If the ServiceDesk application is not already running, open the dropdown list of applications that appears next to your name and launch the ServiceDesk.
2. Click > Administration > Account Management > Company Information
3. Click the [Edit] button
4. Click the link to upload the image.
5. Select the image.
6. Click [Save]
7. Refresh the browser page.
   The logo image appears in the platform banner.
