This template is used to identify features that are enabled by the local admin, typically underCompany Information, but it could be using other categories under Settings > Administration.
Use: {{1|2|3}}
- {{1}} - name of the feature
- {{2}} - link to thing that enables it. E.g. Company Settings
- {{3}} - default enabled or not, any text here results in "enabled", blank is "disabled"
