Users that have the Manage Company Capabilities permission can modify the company logo.
Prerequisite:
- A logo image that is 400px wide by 40px tall.
To change the company logo:
- If the ServiceDesk application is not already running, open the dropdown list of applications that appears next to your name and launch the ServiceDesk.
- Click
> Administration > Account Management > Company Information - Click the [Edit] button
- Click the link to upload the image.
- Select the image.
- Click [Save]
- Refresh the browser page.
The logo image appears in the platform banner.
