This template is used to identify Tenant Capabilities for individual tenants.
Usage:
- {{TenantCapability|1|2|3}}
- {{1}} - name of the feature
- {{2}} - default on-premise setting -- "On" or "Off"
- {{3}} - cloud setting -- "On" or "Off"
- The {{{1}}} option is managed by a Service Provider admin
- This feature is enabled by Default
