Users that have the Manage Company Capabilities permission can modify the company logo.

Prerequisite:

To change the company logo:

If the ServiceDesk application is not already running, open the dropdown list of applications that appears next to your name and launch ServiceDesk.
Go to > Channels > Service Portal
In the Branding section, upload a new Header Logo.
Click [Save]
Refresh the browser page.
The logo image appears in the platform banner.
