Exercise 01: Creating a webMethods AgileApps Cloud Tenant

Objectives

This exercise has three parts:

• In Part 1, you register and log in to a trial webMethods AgileApps Cloud tenant.
• In Part 2, you brand the Service Portal - the interface of the Service Desk application which is meant for external customers.
• In Part 3, you explore the provided Service Desk Application.

Important: You should use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as your Web browser to access webMethods AgileApps Cloud.
