On View

"On View" is an optional Trigger for a Data Policy, which activates a Data Policy when a record is viewed.
Important:
Use the On View trigger only when absolutely necessary, as it degrades performance. (Most data policies only need to be executed when adding or updating a record.)
Considerations
- The Change Record Owner action is not available when using "on View" as the triggering action
