Data Policies for Self-Service

Data policies are now supported in Self Service for the Case Object but with certain limitations. Only the following data policy actions are supported:

1. Create Task
2. Send Email, however, Template Variables are not available
3. Change Record Owner
4. Update Record
5. Change Owning Team
