Mobile Access

With Mobile Access enabled, users can access and interact with the Platform from their iPhone, iPad, or Android device to:

  • Add, edit, and delete records
  • Add tasks and manage them
  • Use Relay to monitor team status and make comments

  • The Mobile Access option is managed by a Service Provider admin
  • This feature is disabled, by default
