The Cases tab tracks issues related to support, such as:
- feedback
- problem
- question
You can setup a Self-Service Portal to manage issues submitted by your internal or external customers: users, clients, staff/employees, etc.
If you have a question about the platform, you can File a Support Case to contact us.
