Support Cases Permission

This permission grants users the ability to view and modify support cases filed by others. (All users can see support cases filed by themselves.)
- Considerations
- The Support Cases Permission permission is enabled by default for the System Administrator
- The Support Cases Permission permission is set in Administrative Permissions
