Settings > Administration > Subscription Summary

About the Subscription Summary

When you are a platform subscriber, the following information is tracked and can be viewed in the Subscription Summary:

  • Subscription Information
  • Plan information
  • Space Allocation/Used Space for Documents and Data
  • Number of Emails sent this month, Email Credits Available, Email Campaign Activity

About Email Credits

Included in your Subscription Plan are a selected number of email credits per month. These email credits are used when sending Email Campaigns.

Additional blocks of email credits can be purchased as needed, providing maximum flexibility for your outbound email marketing efforts.

About the Action buttons

A number of action buttons are available on the Subscription Summary page:

View Subscription Information

  • Click Settings > Administration > Subscription Summary. The Subscription Information and Licensing Activity page appears.
    • To recalculate how much space you need for your database and documents that have been downloaded, click the Recalculate Space link

Modify Service Plan

  1. Click Settings > Administration > Subscription Summary
  2. Click the [Modify Service Plan] button and choose an action from the list:

Buy Email Credits

  1. Click Settings > Administration > Subscription Summary
  2. Click the [Buy Email Credits] button and complete the following information:
    • Purchasing Information
    No of Credits
    Select the number of email credits from the list
    • Card Information
    Credit Card Type
    Choose a provider from the list
    Credit Card Number
    Enter the credit card number (no spaces or dashes)
    Credit Card Exp Date
    Enter the expiration date
    Credit Card 3 or 4 Digit code
    Enter the security code
    • Billing Contact and Address Information
    Full Name on Card
    Enter the full name of the cardholder
    Billing Street Address
    Enter the street address
    City
    Enter the city
    State
    Enter the state
    Zip/Pin Code
    Enter the zip/pin code

Update Credit Card Information

  1. Click Setup | Administration | Subscription Summary
  2. Click the [Update Credit Card] button and complete the following information
    • Card Information
    Credit Card Type
    Choose a provider from the list
    Credit Card Number
    Enter the credit card number (no spaces or dashes)
    Expiration Date
    Enter the expiration date
    • Billing Contact and Address Information
    Full Name on Card
    Enter the full name of the cardholder
    Billing Street Address
    Enter the street address
    City
    Enter the city
    State
    Enter the state
    Zip
    Enter the zip code

Show Usage

  1. Click Settings > Administration > Subscription Summary
  2. Click the [Show Usage] button.
    Resource allocation limits and usage relative to those limits is displayed.

Convert Your Trial to a Subscription

After the Trial Subscription period, you will be asked to choose a Subscription Plan and select the users (number of licenses) you wish to add.

The current Subscription Plan requires a license for each user.

To convert a Trial to a Subscription: Click the [Subscribe Now] button and follow the instructions to Subscribe to the Platform

Terminate a Subscription

  1. Click 'Setup'
  2. Click 'Administration'
  3. Click 'Subscription Summary'
  4. Click 'Modify Service plan'
  5. Select 'Terminate Subscription' from the action drop down
  6. Select Next
