This template determines which Template to use to define the contents of the sidebar navigation box:

Sidebar -- The base sidebar, with entries for end users, application designers, system developers (programmers), and sys admins (company administrators).
Sidebar_PlusPlatformAdmin -- Adds Tenant Configuration info for platform administrators
SideBar_PlusInstall -- Adds Installation and Tenant Configuration info
