The System Administrator role is preconfigured in the platform. The initial system user is assigned this role, along with the Administrator Access Profile. By default, the Sys Admin can change the Administrative Permissions associated with each Access Profile, add add additional access profiles, as needed.

Role Access Permissions
System Administrator
  • Can create Users and Teams, and assign Roles
  • Can specify Application Access permissions
  • Can manage Access Profiles
  • Is granted global rights to change all functions in the platform
  • Is granted rights to view, update, and delete any record and see all records
  • Is granted universal create/delete/update permission rights
Team Member By default, a team member is assigned the Regular User Access Profile, which gives them the administrative permissions they need to manage their account. (That profile does not include any global access permissions.)
