Manage Personal Setup

The Manage Personal Setup permission right defines how users in a Role can modify the personal user interface settings.

Considerations

• The Manage Personal Setup permission is enabled by default for all Access Profiles
• If Access Control/User Management permission is are Enabled, that setting overrides the Create/Delete View/Report/Homepage setting
• The Manage Personal Setup permission is set in Administrative Permissions

How it Works

The following actions are available in the Personal Setup options when the Manage Personal Setup permission right is enabled or disabled:

Personalize User Interface
Enabled	Disabled
These options are available and can be modified: My Information My Email-to- Change Password Security Question Personalize Colors Workspace Preference Request Update Settings Outlook Sync Outlook Email Edition	These options are available: Can view My information (read only) Can change Password Can change Security Question
