The System Administrator role is preconfigured in the platform. Team Leader and Team Member are defined in the OfficeSpace application.

By default, the Sys Admin can change the Administrative Permissions associated with each Access Profile, add add additional access profiles, as needed.

Team Roles	Part of	Access Permissions
System Administrator	Platform	Can create Users and Teams, and assign Roles and designate access permission rights Is granted global rights to change all functions in the platform Is granted rights to view, update, and delete any record and see all records Is granted universal create/delete/update permission rights
Team Manager	OfficeSpace application	Can change Personal Setup options Can view, update, and delete the records they own Can view and update (not delete) records owned by any member of the team
Team Member	OfficeSpace application	Can change Personal Setup options Can view, update, and delete the records they own May view other Team Member's records, if that permission is granted by users with the System Administrator Role Is not granted universal create/delete/update permission rights Additional permissions may be granted, as defined by users with Access Control/User Management rights
