Uses the wiki magic words SERVER and SCRIPTPATH to build the URL, so it works whenever the wiki moves or changes names.
For example, in http://lj.platformatyourservice.com/wiki,
- SERVER=http://lj.platformatyourservice.com
- SCRIPTPATH=/wiki
- Usage
- [{{DOCHOST}}/path/to/target_file link text]
