Summary Computed Fields provide the ability to create complex analytics using your data, for example:

• maintain a rolling average over a number of weeks/days/months
• calculate profit margins
• manage performance metrics

Considerations

Summary Computed Fields can be built using any of these elements:

• Any eligible field in the report category (Object or Database View)
• Computed Fields

The Summary Field builder includes these built-in functions for each eligible field or computed field:

• Total
• Min
• Max
• Average
