A Service Provider hosts and operates the Installable Version of the AgileApps Cloud platform platform. A Service Provider may design, develop, and deploy web-based business applications for multiple tenants, or they may simply provide a hosting service that allows tenants to install and customize standard template apps like ServiceDesk, or build their own.
In addition to the Service Provider Settings that apply to the platform as a whole, Service Provider is to determine which platform features a tenant has access to, using the Tenant Capabilities.
