HowTo:Login When You Forgot Your Password

If you forget your password:

1. In the Login page, click Forgot my Password.
2. Enter your Username
3. Click [Submit]
   An email is sent that contains a request to answer the Security Question you established when your account was created.
4. When the email arrives, click the link to open the web page.
5. Answer your Security Question to verify your identity
6. When you provide the correct answer, a new temporary password is sent by email
7. Use the temporary password to login.
   You are asked to change your password.

Note: The Username and Email address can differ, depending on the settings specified in the My Information section of Personal Settings.
