Visibility Controls

Visibility controls are specified by users, to specify who can access their data. These settings extend the privileges established by the standard Data Access Permissions.

Application	Use the Application Access settings
Document (all file types,   including Photos)	Clicking the Public flag creates a URL that can be accessed without having to log in
Document Folder (including Export Folders)	Folder Visibility
Home Page	Click the wrench icon , then click [New] or [Edit] and set Visibility options
Note	Set when creating or editing a note. Visible to everyone, by default.
Report	Click the wrench icon , then click [New] or [Edit] and set Visibility options
Report Folder	Folder Visibility
View	Click the wrench icon , then click [New] or [Edit] and set Visibility options
