Support Cases Permission

This permission gives users the ability to view and modify support cases filed by others. (All users can see support cases filed by themselves.)

Considerations
  • The Support Cases Permission permission is enabled by default for the System Administrator
  • The Support Cases Permission permission is set in Administrative Permissions
