This permission grants users the ability to view and modify support cases filed by others. (All users can see support cases filed by themselves.)

Considerations
  • The Support Cases Permission permission is enabled by default for the System Administrator Role in Default Roles
  • The Support Cases Permission permission is disabled by default for the Team Manager and Team Member roles; Learn more: Default Roles
  • The Support Cases Permission permission is set in Administrative Permissions
