These fields are predefined in platform objects.
System Fields
Workflow Fields
The standard workflow fields are:
- Common to, and predefined in, all Custom Objects
- Created automatically when an object is created
- Populated automatically when Workflow Actions are taken
Field Name GUI Label Display Type Description workflow_state Workflow State String Current state the record is in, with respect to the workflow process. workflow_state_change_date Workflow State
Change DateString Date the workflow state changed.
