About Company Messages

Messages can be formatted using HTML tags, and are displayed for a specified period of time.

The most recently sent message is displayed when a user logs in.

Considerations
  • Users who are currently logged in will see the message the next time they log in.
  • If two messages are sent, users will see only the last one sent.

Tip: Company Messages are good for scheduled downtime, planned outings, or any announcement for which you can give at least 36-hours notice, to ensure that all users have a chance to see it.
