The Locale Settings specify the format in which users enter and view data.
- Personal User Settings - Formats chosen by the user for dates, times, and numbers, plus language.
- User Settings - Formats set for the user by the admin.
- Company Information Settings - Default formats, and the Currency setting, which cannot be changed by users.
