Specify one or more Rule Sets to execute when any of the following actions are taken on a case, and specify the order in which they execute, if there is more than one:
- Case Created - A new Case is created.
- Case Updated - Data associated with the Case is modified.
- Case Deleted - A Case is deleted.
- Case Reopened - A closed Case is reopened.
- Case Owner Changed - Someone new becomes responsible for the Case.
