- Review the Installable Version Release Notes.
- Ensure that all database servers and web servers are configured to be in the same timezone, regardless of where they are geographically located.
- Use the standard SoftwareAG webMethods 9.9 installer to install the platform.

- Start the Application Server to verify that everything is working.
- Install the Platform License
