About the Subscription Summary

When you are a platform subscriber, the following information is tracked and can be viewed in the Subscription Summary:

  • Subscription Information
  • Plan information
  • Space Allocation/Used Space for Documents and Data
  • Number of Emails sent this month, Email Credits Available

About Email Credits

Included in your Subscription Plan are a selected number of email credits per month. These email credits are used when sending Email messages.

Additional blocks of email credits can be purchased as needed, providing maximum flexibility for your outbound email marketing efforts.

View Subscription Information

  1. Click GearIcon.png > Administration > Account Management > Subscription Summary
    The Subscription Information and Licensing Activity page appears.
  2. To recalculate the space used by your database and documents, click the Recalculate Space link

Service Plan

  1. Click GearIcon.png > Administration > Account Management > Subscription Summary
  2. Click the [Modify Service Plan] button and choose an action from the list:
Legacy Customers (prior to Aug, 2011) Customers since Aug, 2011
  • Add User Licenses
  • Add Data Space
  • Add Document Space
  • Upgrade Subscription Plan
  • Reduce User Licenses
  • Reduce Data Space

Note: The service plan you select includes a certain number of API Calls. Check the API Call Log to see how many API Calls you typically make. (To see how the calls are calculated, review the API Calls Log#Considerations.)

Email Credits

  1. Click GearIcon.png > Administration > Account Management > Subscription Summary
  2. Click the [Buy Email Credits] button and complete the following information:
    • Purchasing Information - Select the number of email credits from the list
    • Card Information - Provide credit card info
    • Billing Contact and Address Information

Credit Card Information

  1. Click GearIcon.png > Administration > Account Management > Subscription Summary
  2. Click the [Update Credit Card] button and complete the following information
    • Card Information
    • Billing Contact and Address Information

Usage Statistics

  1. Click GearIcon.png > Administration > Account Management > Subscription Summary
  2. Click the [Show Usage] button.
    Resource allocation limits and usage relative to those limits is displayed.

Convert Your Trial to a Subscription

After the Trial Subscription period, you will be asked to choose your subscription options and select the users (number of licenses) you wish to have.

To convert a Trial to a Subscription: Click the [Subscribe Now] button and follow the instructions to subscribe to the Platform.

Terminate a Subscription

Legacy customers (prior to Aug 2011):

  1. Click GearIcon.png > Administration > Account Management > Subscription Summary
  2. Click [Modify Service plan]
  3. Select Terminate Subscription from the action drop down
  4. Click [Next]

Customers since Aug 2011:

  1. Click GearIcon.png > Administration > Account Management > Subscription Summary
  2. In the Tenant Base Plan section, click the Terminate link next to your plan.

Data Retention Policy

By default, customer data and other application artifacts are retained for a minimum of thirty days after service has terminated. After that 30-day period, they are deleted during the next database cleanup.

However, tenant data and other artifacts can also be deleted immediately, at the Customer's request.
