Email Templates

The Templates object stores available email templates for use in Campaigns or in general correspondence.

Templates are created with a wizard or by importing HTML design files (via cut-and-paste).

Templates can also include variables to information so you can personalize each email that goes out.

Email templates allow users to set up a standard look for all email correspondence and then later, customize the design for each individual email message.

To Open the Template Wizard

1. Select the Templates tab. The Templates object will open.
2. Click the [Add Template] button. The Start tab
3. Select your template design method. Depending on your selection, you will be directed to one of three wizards where you can create your template.
