Personal Settings

The following options are available to set up and modify personal settings.
- Users in Roles with Personalize User Interface permission rights enabled can modify all personal user interface settings
- Users in Roles with Personalize User Interface permission rights disabled have limited access to customize the personal user interface
Personal Setup Options
- My Information
- Edit personal information, such as name, title, username, time zone and contact information
- Enter Password Information
- Change account password
- Security Question
- Change the Security Question associated with account login/password
- Personalize
- Change personal information, such as email signatures, reminder and search settings
- Workspace Preference
- Select the visible/hidden tabs for each application
- Theme
- Select the preferred color scheme
- Request Update Settings
- Request updated information from Contacts
