Think of the AgileApps Cloud platform as an office building. Each tenant is a company, and each company can have many employees.
The very first person to open an AgileApps Cloud platform account creates a new tenant. They become the first admin user for that account. After that, additional users can be created, invited, or self-registered.
ServiceDesk is the initial tenant application. But once then tenant is created, other applications can be created or installed.
