The AgileApps Cloud platform platform lets you build a custom DCM (Dynamic Case Management) application or database application. You can get started by importing spreadsheet data or by using the Application Construction Wizard. The platform then lets you define and evolve Processes, and lets Case Agents create ad hoc procedures on the fly (Multi Step Tasks) when those processes don't quite fit.
The built-in ServiceDesk application is available on the platform. That application is centered around a comprehensive Cases Object and a cast of supporting objects, all of which can be thoroughly customized--yet another way to construct a custom application.

Underlying the AgileApps Cloud platform case management platform is a database in the cloud and a powerful APaaS (Application Platform as a Service) that lets you build an fully-fledged application in a matter of days, rather than months--applications that are driven by processes and that support collaboration. And because the applications run in the cloud, you don't have to worry about scalability, backups, database administration, network administration, upgrades, or maintenance!
