Manage Personal Setup permission

The Manage Personal Setup permission permission right defines how users in a Role can modify the personal user interface settings.

Considerations

• The Manage Personal Setup permission permission right is enabled by default for all Roles
• If Access Control/User Management permission rights are Enabled for a Role, then those settings will override the Create/Delete View/Report/Homepage settings
• Manage Personal Setup permission permission rights are set in Administrative Permissions

How it Works

The following actions are available in the Personal Setup options when the Manage Personal Setup permission permission right is enabled or disabled:

Personalize User Interface
Enabled	Disabled
These options are available and can be modified: My Information My Email-to- Change Password Security Question Personalize Colors Workspace Preference Request Update Settings Outlook Email Edition	These options are available: Can view My information (read only) Can change Password Can change Security Question
